Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: Sells parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. In this role, you'll work on the road from a fully equipped Mobile Service Vehicle, performing maintenance and repairs wherever our customers need you most. Job Description Sales Coordinator Support the sales staff by being proactive and coordinating deliveries the day a deposit is received, allowing Sales Executives to focus their efforts on selling vs. administrative duties’. Administrator duties include and not limited to; • Create hard and virtual files once deposit/PO is received., • Enter sales and vehicle documents into Salesforce., • Manage MSO’s and floor plan audits., • Track factory build dates and enter changes into Salesforce. Communicate changes to Sales Executives and or customers., • Contact customers one month before truck arrives at dealership to begin the delivery process. Goal is to reduce floor plan along with creating a positive customer experience., • Coordinate registration, finance, PDI and payments. Communicating to Sales Executives progress along with coordinating delivery., • Finalize paperwork with cooperate office, this includes registrations (retail & warranty), reconciling PO’s, vendor payments and all other Misc. items., • Prepare DMV paperwork., • Coordinate delivery of vehicles., • Interact with service dept. and outside vendors., • Support and assist sales department with ad hoc tasks and reports.
