Job Description Our client represents a private equity-backed organization experiencing expansion within the hospitality and property management industry. Currently operating 7 locations with plans to scale to 20-30 facilities over the next two years, they require a strategic operations executive to optimize performance across their growing regional portfolio. Position Overview In the capacity of Operations Manager, you will deliver strategic oversight and operational excellence across 4-6 properties within your assigned territory. Your scope includes managing approximately 20 team members (with each site maintaining a manager plus 4-5 support staff) while driving NOI maximization, operational consistency, and high-performance team development.
