Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: -Making and receiving client calls, providing information, and handling inquiries -Following up with clients to ensure their needs are met and paperwork is completed. -Managing filing systems, both digital and physical, to maintain organized records. -Assisting with policy paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. -Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently for data entry, reporting, and document creation. -Supporting the sales team by preparing materials, scheduling appointments, and tracking client interactions. Skills Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual Preferred (Spanish) - Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Prior experience in administrative support or sales assistance is a plus.
