Work Environment: Hybrid (2 of days WFH) Term: Permanent / Fulltime Bachelor’s degree required: Preferred Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support its attorneys and associates across multiple practice areas, including Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate, Tax, and Trusts & Estates. Key Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to attorneys and associates in various practice areas, • Assist with document preparation, filing, and client communication, • Manage calendars, scheduling, and meetings, • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, • Support the preparation of legal documents and correspondence Qualifications: • 3+ years of legal administrative experience, • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and InTapp, • Knowledge of iManage and PowerPoint is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrative professional looking to contribute to a leading law firm in a dynamic role.
