Qualifications: • Possess board certification in Family Medicine., • Hold a valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of New Jersey., • Minimum 2 years experience in family medicine or primary care preferred., • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse panel of patients and support quality improvement initiatives., • Strong EMR skills (Athena experience preferred) and ability to use data to drive outcomes., • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Position Overview:The Physician Assistant (PA) is a key member of the Vanguard Medical Group care team, providing comprehensive family medicine services across the lifespan under the supervision of a physician. This position focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and quality-driven outcomes.
