This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad range of conditions in patients from birth through adolescence, ensuring each child receives individualized, family-centered care. Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive care for pediatric patients in an outpatient or urgent care environment, • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions, • Perform minor procedures and interpret basic diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.), • Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other clinical staff, • Educate parents and caregivers on preventive care, nutrition, and child development, • Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system and adhere to all clinical and compliance standards Qualifications • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school, • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics, • Active Texas Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start), • Current DEA registration and BLS/ACLS/PALS certification, • Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills, • Experience in urgent care, outpatient pediatrics, or family medicine preferred
