Job Description Job Description: Delivery Specialist We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a company vehicle while making multiple stops throughout the day safely. This role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking ability and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • The ideal Delivery Specialist will have a passion for delivering superior customer service, • Drive a company owned vehicle while making multiple stops throughout your day, • Passion for developing relationships with our customers, • Valid TX driver’s license and clean driving record, • Delivery experience with FedEx, Amazon or local delivery, • Maintains all company equipment and vehicles in good condition, • Adheres to company safety protocols and traffic laws while driving, • Must have the ability to read and comprehend operational procedures, • Follows all safety precautions and policies according to company guidelines, • Smartphone with data plan and ability to navigate GPS via smartphone or tablet, • Responsible for obtaining and tracking delivery receipt confirmations for each assigned delivery via computer and/or smart phone, • Collect payments when necessary and performs required inventory and delivery documentation, • Ability to lift 5 to 50 pounds of merchandise Benefits, 401k Matching, PTO, paid Holidays and a fun team!
