About the Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily outbound shipments in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and real‑time coordination across systems, carriers, and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring products ship correctly, on time, and in compliance with company and security standards. Shift Types: Day Shift 7am-3:30pm Swing Shift 3:15pm- 11:45pm + 10% shift differential Qualifications • B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, • 2+ years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment, • Experience supporting outbound and international shipments What You Will Do • Execute daily outbound shipment schedules based on changing priorities, • Verify shipment accuracy using counts, weights, and measurements, • Compare shipping data against bills of lading, invoices, and system records, • Monitor outbound shipments and update tracking tools in real time, • Maintain accurate daily shipping logs and close transactions properly, • Report shipment discrepancies to supervisors and program teams, • Coordinate with carriers, internal departments, and external customers, • Support international and urgent shipments throughout the day, • Use Shop Floor Control systems and SAP to track product movement, • Ensure compliance with C‑TPAT and company shipping standards Technical Skills • SAP experience preferred, • Shop Floor Control or similar production tracking systems, • Microsoft Office, especially Excel, • Shipping and inventory tracking tools, • Carrier systems such as FedEx or UPS
