Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources., • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)., • One year of customer service experience., • Proficient in typing, 10-key calculator and data entry., • Excellent oral and written communication skills., • Excellent attention to details., • Excellent telephone etiquette skills., • Clear Fluent English., • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos., • Ability to write simple correspondence., • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization., • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals., • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance., • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization., • Intermediate personal computer skills, including electronic mail, record-keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc., • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 90% of the time., • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to visit other offices, conference rooms, office machinery, etc., • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and telephone., • Constantly positions self to operate on a computer., • Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation., • Monday through Friday, as scheduled, 8:00am – 7:00pm., • Saturday, as scheduled, 9:00am – 4:00pm., • Available for overtime, as needed.
