Premiere Behavioral Supports is an in-home supportive service program supporting Adults (21 years or older) with a developmental disorder in Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, and Gloucester counties. Premiere Behavioral Supports is currently seeking a part-time community support staff to work 20 hours per week in varied locations throughout Cumberland County. Role and Responsibilities Provide support to developmentally disabled adults with challenges such as interpersonal relationships, social interaction, and communication skills in developing adaptive and practical coping skills and realizing educational and vocational goals. Provide one on one skill-building intervention for adults Build rapport with adults with a developmental disability Complete all necessary documentation. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Responsible to maintain the site in good working order and in accordance with all RPM polices. All exterior grounds, common interior areas and parking garages or spaces are to be properly cleaned and or maintained daily.
