The ideal candidate is neat, compassionate, discreet, and able to work collaboratively with a team. The role requires experience working with the elderly, demonstrating competence, sound judgment, and discretion. The client values a good listener, a pleasant conversationalist with a sense of humor, and a professional yet friendly demeanor. Duties • Provide companionship and assistance as requested, • Monitor the client’s well-being while preserving their sense of independence, • Perform light cooking, housekeeping, and occasional laundry as needed, • Update the house calendar with all client-related activities and appointments, • Coordinate schedules effectively, • Warm, engaging, friendly, and a good listener, • Professional, proactive, capable, and resourceful, • Polished in appearance and demeanor, • Strong communicator, • High level of discretion, loyalty, and integrity, • Sound judgment and common sense, • 5+ years’ experience as a companion or in a similar role, • Excellent references, • Nursing degree (preferred, but not required), • Valid driver’s license (car provided), • Non-smoker
