AVP works to empower LGBTQ and HIV-affected communities and allies to end all forms of violence through organizing and education, and supports survivors through counseling, advocacy, and legal representation. AVP is looking for acommitted social justice attorney who is interested inrepresenting LGBTQ+ survivors of violence in navigating their legal issues, with particular emphasis on immigration law. We are a small, tight knit team that is looking for a team member who wants to engage in trauma informed lawyering and advocacy to bring about systemic change.
