Job Description Put your career into high gear with Mavis Discount Tire! We're looking for a full-time cash management analyst to join Team Mavis at our office in White Plains, NY. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest independently-held tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. At Mavis, our Cash Management Analyst will be responsible for sales transactions for over 2,000 retail locations. The role includes reconciling daily store sales, credit card transactions, banking, chargeback and bad check reconciliations, general ledger postings and bank reconciliations. Additionally, this role involves retail store support and communication, follow-up with store management on inquiries and discrepancies, and additional analysis and projects as needed. Qualifications Mavis recruits team members who share our commitment to meeting the needs of our growing customer base by providing exceptional customer care. To be eligible for the position of Cash Management Analyst, you must (1) be at least 18 years of age; (2) be legally authorized to work in the United States; (3) have the ability to balance numerous and varied tasks simultaneously; (4) possess Microsoft Excel skills.
