Job Description The Foster Family Program provides foster and pre-adoptive foster homes to children from birth through age 21 who have been removed from their homes and placed in foster care. Each foster parent receives training and ongoing professional support to promote a positive, successful experience. This position ensures a safe, secure, healthy, clean, and positive environment for infants and pre-school aged children (ages 0-5 years) and their families, as they make their transition from homelessness through after-care. This full-time position is M-F, 7:30am to 3:30pm w/flexibility to work hours outside of regularly scheduled hours, as needed. Once engaged, the Case Manager will coordinate with the individuals or families when appropriate and assist as needed to meet the immediate need for shelter, housing and health care.
