Eligibility Requirements • Currently enrolled in an accredited Undergraduate or Graduate program (Graduation date: 2026 or 2027)., • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship., • Able to commit to a 10-week, 40-hour/week program starting June 8th, 2026. Your work will contribute directly to AI knowledge quality, test readiness, and the presentation of AI results while remaining non-critical to production operations. Coding tasks may be assigned as needed to support both data structuring and UI development. Responsibilities • Transform messy, historical incident logs into a high-quality Knowledge Library. You are essentially teaching the AI how to think by structuring symptoms, causes, and resolutions., • Get hands-on with React to develop dashboards that visualize AI insights. Your work will allow stakeholders to interact with and validate AI outputs in real-time., • Create the Gold Standard test datasets. By defining what a perfect AI answer looks like, you ensure our models are accurate, unbiased, and ready for prime time., • Support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) by developing structured tagging and classification rules that help the AI find the right needle in the digital haystack., • Collaborate with the team to integrate data from the Incident & Use Case Library into the UI for interactive visualization and demonstration, • Produce clear documentation, code comments, and data templates for ongoing dataset and UI expansionWe are looking for You:, • You love finding patterns in data and turning "unstructured chaos" into organized, structured formats (JSON, spreadsheets, or databases), • You have a foundation in Python, Java, or JavaScript and a burning desire to sharpen your React or front-end skills, • You’re fascinated by LLMs and want to see how they are actually deployed in a professional, enterprise environment, • You take pride in writing clean code, clear documentation, and logical process maps Requirements • Proficiency in Python, Java, and Javascript, • Hands-on experience handling structured data, experience with JSON is preferred, • Understanding with frontend web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS), • Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar), • Experience with React, prompt engineering, and IT Incident Management (ITIL), • Ability to communicate clearly with peers and stakeholders, • Willingness to learn and work as a part of the team, • Strong analytical and documentation skills The Details • Start Date: June 8th, 2026 (10-week summer intensive)., • Commitment: 40 hours/week., • Hybrid Life: Minimum 3 days onsite (experience the culture in person!)., • Comp: $25 per hour.
