Responsibilities QA BCBA Job Description: • Competitive Pay. Remote schedule. Make a difference and love doing it., • We are a small, employee-centric organization driven by our collective commitment to ABA excellence. Qualifications What you will do: • Conduct 15 IAs per year., • Conduct reviews on reports written by BCBAs to ensure compliance with ABA standards and insurance requirements., • Evaluate client performance based on data, graphs, and assessment reports., • Develops and assists with newly developed clinical needs and initiatives., • Provide training, support, and guidance for BCBAs., • Provide tech support with regards to Central Reach., • Communicate with the BCBAs respectfully and in a way that creates a supportive environment, • Experience working and training individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA., • Experience working with cases funded by insurance, • Experience with clinical quality assurance work, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Highly tech savvy, • Works well in a collaborative environment and builds mutual trust and credibility at all levels of the organization, • Ability to multi-task and prioritize, • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing, • Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivated to achieve business goals
