Job Description We are hiring a Sales Manager - NYC and NJ for a rapidly growing, Italian-owned premium coffee distributor serving cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and specialty retailers across the NJ and NY metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven sales leader with experience in coffee, food & beverage, or hospitality to take ownership of a territory, lead a team, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities • Manage, coach, and grow a team of local sales representatives, • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue growth, • Generate new business across cafés, restaurants, hotels, and retail accounts, • Build and expand key customer relationships through consultative sales, • Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and competitor insights, • Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and team performance metrics, • Oversee the full sales cycle (prospecting, pipeline management, closing), • Partner with internal teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention, • Represent the company at client meetings and industry events Qualifications • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, • 2+ years of sales management or team leadership experience, • Background in coffee, food & beverage, or hospitality, strongly preferred, • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools, • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently, • Valid driver’s license, vehicle and ability to travel within NJ/NY territory, • Italian language skills are a plus Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary + bonus/commission structure, • Health, dental, vision, • Paid time off and sick leave, • Career growth opportunity with a fast-growing company Apply Today If you have a passion for sales, hospitality, and premium products, and are ready to lead a growing team, we encourage you to apply.
