Job title : Office Services Associate-- SANDC5799450 Pay Rate: 21.23/hr THIS IS A MULTI-SITE ROLE. The contingent worker selected MUST HAVE A CAR to commute to Melville, NY (Long Island), and live close to public transportation (subway) to commute to New York City sites. Preferred residence areas - Queens and Bronx. Work location : 2 PENN PLAZA, New York, NY 10121 Employees may be re-assigned to another site in the morning or in the middle of the day. Employees in this position normally spend 90% of their time in NYC, where all sites are accessible by public transportation, and 10% in Melville, NY (Long Island). That site is not accessible by public transportation. Shift hours may vary depending on location: 7am – 4pm, 8am – 5pm, 9am – 6pm. Overtime may be required. Work week – Mon – Fri. Candidates must be available for work between 7am and 7pm and ready to adjust on a short notice. Driving is required to commute to Long Island site which is not accessible by public transportation; all other sites are in NYC (Midtown and Downtown) and accessible by subway Job type : Temp to Hire Hiring manager is looking for someone with the following qualities: • Must have a valid driving licence and a car., • Reliable, Friendly and outgoing, • Customer Service Skills, • Print production, Mailroom, Reception/Hospitality experience preferred, • Law Firm experience preferred, • Microsoft 365 proficiency and general computer experience required Daily responsibilities: This is a customer-facing role. Employees in this position will provide coverage and support at multiple sites in NYC and 2-3 sites around Melville NY. Duties include reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and other office services. • Mailroom operations, • Print production (printing, assembling, binding), • Key-op (replenishing toner and paper in printers, clearing jams), • Greeting and assisting visitors and answering and forwarding calls, • Scheduling conference rooms through Outlook or other applications, • Communicating with customers via Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and in-person, • Assisting with stocking kitchen supplies, maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen and other office areas, • Conference room set up/take down
