Job DescriptionJob ID: 138164 Direct Hire CT Technologist Role $44.66 to $51.86 per hour in Stratford, New Jersey Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a CT Technologist to join our partner's team in Stratford, New Jersey area. This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY Key Responsibilities: • Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistently with the values of Jefferson., • Operates CT scanners to produce radiographs according to departmental procedures; ensures the quality of pictures are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes., • Ensures accurate positioning and proper preparation for patients during scanning procedures; conducts timely adjustments of patient position and/or medical dosages according to anatomical circumstances and other technical factors., • Demonstrates proper filming procedure and critiques films to ensure accuracy and clarity for physician interpretation., • Implements radiation safety guidelines and conduct proper radiation protection during the imaging process., • Creates hardcopy record of exam via CD-R, films and data transfer to PACS. Completes exam in Radiology Information System. Performs QC on exam in PACS to maintain system and billing accuracy., • Maintains CT Scanning equipment by performing scheduled cleaning, testing and documenting results; notifies supervision of malfunctioning equipment., • Knowledge of RIS systems, • Knowledge of PAC’s systems, • IV Certification, • Graduate of an approved American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) program and documentation of formal CT program., • BLS, • Target rate is $44.66 - $51.86/hr, experience-based, • SELF-SCHEDULING, • Day and Night Shift Available (7a-7:30p OR 7p-7:30a)

Job Description We are seeking a part-time Radiography Instructor who will provide didactic instruction and clinical supervision of radiography students while on clinical assignment. This is a part-time hourly position. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES • Conduct clinical site orientation at the clinical education center., • Track student clinical progress and provide feedback to students in a timely manner., • Supervise radiography students performing patient care tasks in the clinical setting., • Equitably prepare a semester schedule of room assignments that provide students with the opportunity to meet clinical objectives., • Provide direct or indirect supervision of students performing radiography procedures., • Prepare, discuss, and submit a signed midterm and final evaluation of each student on the specified due date each semester., • Conduct image evaluation sessions with students following performance of radiographic procedures., • Maintain electronic clinical competency records for all students., • Enforce program and clinical education center policies equitably and consistently., • Alert students and program officials of any clinical deficiencies and conduct conference with the student to address the deficiency, through mechanisms established by the program., • Integrate classroom and clinical experiences., • Current New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Diagnostic Radiography license., • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography, • Minimum two (2) years' experience as diagnostic radiographer. Compensation: The hourly pay for this position is $50. Benefits: • New Jersey Sick Leave: Earn 1 hour of sick leave for every 30 hours worked with a maximum of 40 hours of leave per benefit year.
