Job DescriptionJob Title: Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Electro Mechanical Maintenance Technician with over five years of experience in industrial maintenance or electro-mechanics. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls, and be familiar with working in a food manufacturing environment. The ability to work independently, troubleshoot under pressure, and a willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays are essential for this role. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and repair processing and packaging equipment., • Perform routine preventive maintenance and maintain proper documentation., • Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams., • Troubleshoot and repair control panels, motors, and power distribution systems., • Work with conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, and automated packaging equipment., • Perform mechanical alignments, bearing replacements, and belt tensioning., • Calibrate temperature sensors, flow meters, and pressure gauges., • Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools., • Follow SOPs and maintain clean, safe workspaces., • Understand and apply GMP, HACCP, and OSHA standards.Essential Skills, • Experience in industrial maintenance or electro-mechanics., • Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls., • Ability to troubleshoot and work independently under pressure., • Familiarity with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office., • Electrical systems knowledge and ability to read electrical schematics., • Mechanical expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Associate’s degree or technical certification in electromechanical technology, electrical engineering, or industrial maintenance., • High school diploma with extensive hands-on experience is acceptable for some roles., • Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment., • Prior work with automated or robotic systems is a plus., • Familiarity with CMMS like MP2 or SAP.Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $39.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
