Job Description Small Family-owned Real Estate Management Company seeks Bookkeeping/Lease admin assistant to become a part of our team. Small office environment, with each employee cross trained for each position for smooth operations. The bookkeeper/lease admin position will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions. The bookkeeping/Lease admin is responsible for providing full bookkeeping utilizing the Rent Manager Property Software in addition to: administrative support; including phone support, typing, reports, filing and distribution of correspondence. Coordinate office supplies, assist in lease administration activities, including abstracting leases and keeping our database current. Ensure all property files are prepared and maintained in an orderly and logical manner, including leases and contracts. The applicant will also assist with property management related issues and resolutions. The applicant will ensure a high level of professionalism and foster positive relationships with tenants and clients. The position allows for some flexibility to work from home, but is not a fully remote position. Compensation Based on experience (EOY bonus) Responsibilities: · Daily Bookkeeping and reconciling of general ledge accounts · follow up on all delinquencies utilizing the reports from Rent manager System · Input rental payments and Vendor invoices · Oversee maintenance of work orders · Investigate and resolve tenant complaints · Ensure that above standard tenant bill-backs for common area charges or repairs are done in a timely manner. · Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion · Maintain database of reconciliation terms and lease clauses · Answering the telephone · Servicing tenants · Engaging with sub-contractors to make repairs · Assist property manager as needed with follow ups on repairs and maintenance · Administrative work and sending letters related to the various entities · Performance oversight of all service contractors who perform contract services, negotiating and attaining bids. Job Description Summary: The Sr. Commercial Closing Representative prepares Loan documentation for Commercial Real Estate, Construction, Commercial and Industrial, and Middle Market loans. Coordinates commercial loan closings for all three regions, North, Central, and South Jersey with Borrower, Legal (Borrower and in house) and Title Company.
