Turtle has the internship for you! As a Marketing Intern, you will spend the summer supporting the Marketing team across a variety of strategic and operational initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in B2B marketing within the electrical distribution industry, including marketing communications, sales enablement, partner marketing, and marketing operations. The intern will report directly to the Director, Brand Engagement and will work closely with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and partner vendors to help execute marketing programs, support internal initiatives, and maintain key marketing assets and systems. Key Responsibilities Marketing Communications • Assist with the development and distribution of regional and distribution marketing communications, including product emails and product flyers., • Support creation of internal product newsletters to educate sales teams on new products, solutions, and vendor updates., • Help develop external marketing communications including email campaigns, social media posts, and event promotions., • Manage and respond to marketing support portal tickets from internal teams., • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather required information and ensure timely resolution of requests., • Update and maintain sales enablement assets including solution sheets, industry sheets, line cards, partner logos, and related collateral., • Utilize existing brand-approved design templates to ensure consistency across all marketing materials., • Log customer sessions, demonstrations, and engagements within the TMRW Lab in Salesforce., • Assist with tracking Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and partner program activities., • Support partner invoicing and documentation related to marketing programs., • Help maintain records for partner marketing initiatives and reimbursements. What You’ll Bring: • Pursuing a bachelor’s in marketing or a related field, • Participation in extracurricular activities to demonstrate time management and multitasking skills, • Drive to work in a fast-paced environment, • Agile mindset, • Strong analytical skills, • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, • Must be well organized, detail oriented, efficient, with good time management, and ready to support at a moment’s notice Who We Are Founded in 1923, Turtle is a fourth-generation, family-owned, and three-generation women-owned business, and one of the nation’s largest independent electrical and industrial distributors.
