Job Description RouteSmart Technologies, a leader in vehicle route optimization software technology, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our Product Development team. This position reports directly to the Director of Product Development and plays a critical role in both technical leadership and people management, while maintaining hands-on responsibility for code design, implementation, review, and testing. The Lead Software Engineer will hold product ownership for one or more RouteSmart products and will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure product objectives are met through efficient, secure, and scalable software solutions. Our products include web services and desktop applications featuring complex GIS and mapping functionality combined with intuitive, user-friendly design. The starting salary for this position is anticipated to be in the range of $160,000 to $170,000 per year. The new client coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients, and this role is critical to helping people feel supported, understood, and confident in choosing us as their legal team. Compensation: $55,000 plus performance bonuses Responsibilities: • Conduct initial client consultations., • Guide clients through their decision-making process with clarity, empathy, and structure., • Convert qualified leads into signed clients., • Maintain accurate records of leads, sources, and outside referrals in the CRM system., • Work daily from existing lead lists (new leads, follow-ups, unconverted past leads)., • Report metrics and pipeline movement daily., • Early-Stage Client Care (Day 2, 7-Day, 30-Day, 90-Day Check-ins), • Identify referral and review opportunities., • Make relationship-driven calls to former clients., • Generate referrals and repeat business., • Track conversion rates, follow-up attempts, and client satisfaction insights., • Provide feedback to leadership to improve systems and marketing quality.
