Job Description Our representatives meet virtually with clients who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits that help protect their families beyond what their employer covers. Their role is to consult with the family, explain the available options, and assist them in selecting the best plan to meet their family's needs. Ventura Air Services is small enough to see you as an individual but large enough to provide stability, growth potential, and internal opportunities for our employees. The Charter Sales Representative will join a core-value focused, highly collaborative, fast-paced work environment. This position has a heavy focus on quoting, selling, booking, scheduling, and coordinating trips which support our wholesale and retail client base to effectively optimize our fleet of private jet aircraft in the charter market. The Charter Sales Representative will join a highly dynamic team environment that requires complex problem-solving skills. Ventura Air Service is a 24/7 organization, this role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and Holidays. This will be a hybrid position located in Nashville, TN. Qualified individuals will complete onsite training in our Office in Nashville, TN. Once training is complete the employee will be able to transition to a hybrid schedule that consists of a schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote weekly.
