The Role The Alternative Investments Brokerage Operations role is responsible for processing distributions accurately on behalf of our clients and in a timely manner to mitigate risk and exposure to the organization. These activities are performed daily and require adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. The Alternative Investment Associate is a critical member of the OSG organization. In this role you will be on the phone taking approximately 40-60 inbound calls daily from clients roughly 95% of the day dealing with a range of issues for our customers. The associate will be managing multiple client requests/issues that must be completed within a tight timeframe. The associate will be responsible for monitoring customer adherence to internal guidelines in addition to building and maintaining strong relationships all while providing a superior level of customer service. In this position, the associate will be responsible for having the technical expertise to respond to inquiries on a variety of alternative investment issues. How You'll Contribute: The Senior Design Engineer (SDE) is a lead member of the core team for each Workplace (WKP) project. The SDE provides direction and oversight through the project life cycle from sales concept to design development, construction drawings to implementation support. Decision Making Authority: As the final sign off on project bill of materials prior to purchasing, the SDE is responsible for vetting products and making detailed equipment decisions. As the technical leader on a project, the SDE has the authority to recommend direction on scope changes and programming and commissioning activities. The SDE will also be responsible for approving drawing packages being done by other design engineers as well as supervising them in their work. Physical Working Environment: The physical demands described here are representative of those that may be met by an employee. Work will normally be performed within normal office conditions and/or home office depending on location of SDE. On occasions the employee may be exposed to construction site conditions. Employee will be responsible for their safety while on job sites and to comply with all safety regulations in place by the GC. Use of PPE is usually required on job sites. The employee can typically spend at least 50% of their time on their feet and be required to mobile around the construction site.
