The position we are hiring for is assigned to Production Duty. The Production Lineworker position will help process donated merchandise in the production room to be sold on the retail sales floor. This position will be trained to perform various jobs assigned to the production department. Some of the duties will include cleaning the sales floor, sorting merchandise, hanging merchandise, and stocking merchandise to replenish the sales floor. This position will also perform other miscellaneous duties as needed by their manager during their scheduled shift. Required Education and Experience * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Minimum of 3–5 years of DHS Shelter or Safe Haven experience. * At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a shelter or residential setting. * Experience with facilities management, maintenance coordination, or custodial services preferred. * Knowledge of homeless services, harm reduction principles, and trauma-informed care. * Familiarity with Callahan Consent Decree standards. * Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data-entry systems. * CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
