(One bottle for every 4 chairs)\n, • Making sure the garbage receptacles are clean and empty, and stainless tops are in place\n, • Making sure all glass is clean: doors, windows, and sneeze guard\n, • Ensure the cleanliness of the back wall outside of the kitchen door near the bathrooms\n, • Make sure bathrooms are clean and stocked properly\n, • Fill soda machine with ice\n, • Set up Soda Station and Beer Taps\n, • Brew Tea: 5 Tea bags per brew\n, • Turn on Hot and Cold Holding Tables and set up accordingly\n, • Stock sides lowboy and make back-ups for the day\n, • Set up sani-buckets\n, • Fill cabinet underneath beer taps with folded napkins\n, • Set Up Kitchen, including 2 oz. cups and lids\n, • Stock bottles of wine and wine cups\n, • Make sure fry cups are ready for calling near the kitchen window\n, • Make sure all paper goods, containers, utensils, etc. on the line and register are stocked and ready for the day as well as back-ups\n, • Set up simple syrup for iced tea\n, • Set up trays, including backups and prepare paper liners for the day\n, • Stock extra serving utensils in case the ones on the line get dirty\n\n Throughout the shift· \n\n • Provide accurate, friendly and efficient customer service\n, • Communicate orders to BOH team members clearly and concisely\n, • Perform all POS functions, including cash handling, with confidence and accuracy\n, • Answer any questions customers may have\n, • Handle stressful and challenging situations with patience and professionalism\n, • Communicate openly with team members and Line Leaders regarding any questions or challenges\n\n Closing Duties \n\n • Put chairs up on tables\n, • Sweep floors including front vestibule and wood room\n, • Mop restaurant floor with blue mop\n, • Empty and replace garbage cans, clean stainless tops with hot soapy water and sanitize. Bring all dirty trays to washer\n, • Fully clean glass: doors, windows, sneeze guards etc\n, • Restock entire line and register area as well as back-ups underneath\n, • Clean kitchen window door, and surrounding walls with hot soapy water and sanitize\n, • Clean drink cooler with hot soapy water and sanitize. Do not forget to clean glass, handles, sides and check bottom for spills and clean if necessary. Restock for following day\n, • Wrap left over ketchup and leave in fridge for next day and send holder and pump to dish washer\n, • Remove/melt extra ice from soda machine and soak nozzles overnight in hot water. Remove back grate and drain and bring to dishwasher. Fully clean machine, including the metal taps and sides. Wrap taps with saran\n, • Clean back up fridge inside and out including handles. Restock for following day\n, • Make back-ups for next day\n, • Put all sides in clean pans/wrap/date/refrigerate\n, • Fully clean all stainless surfaces\n, • Remove grates from drains and clean. Clean drains with hot soapy water, pour bleach water down drains and wipe down with sanitizer\n, • Clean hand sinks with hot soapy water and pour bleach water down drain. Fill c-folds\n, • Wipe I-Pad screens with wet nap to remove grease\n, • Clean wall and ledge of window near the smoker behind the cutting station\n, • When everything is finished, bring towels to back\n\n \n Every team member is responsible for these duties before, during, and after their shift, and Line Leaders should be involved to the extent required at each location. Remember, customers come first, so if any employee sees something needs to be done and but can’t get to it, inform a Line Leader and they will get the job done! \n Note: This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, skills, efforts, requirements or working conditions associated with the job. While this is intended to be an accurate reflection of the current job, management reserves the right to revise the job or to require that other or different tasks be performed as assigned. \n \n Qualifications \n\n • 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role \n, • Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail \n, • Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions \n, • Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices\n, • Willingness to learn multiple stations and cross-train \n\n \n Requirements \n\n • Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US\n, • Must be able to lift 50 pounds\n, • Must be able to stand for a full shift while working\n, • Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift\n, • Must have weekend availability\n, • Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by State, County or Local Health Departments\n\n *This list of qualifications and requirements also reflects the qualifications and requirements used as vetting criteria for our AEDT (Automated Employment Decision Tool) \n \n The interview will take place at Mighty Quinn's Barbeque. \n \n About Wonder \n Everything’s on the menu at Wonder.
