Position Summary: The E-Commerce Fulfillment Coordinator will ensure the timely, accurate, effective processing and handling of e-commerce orders and returns. Job Purpose The Operations Agent is responsible for aiding the Ops specialists and senior specialists with all warehouse functions while ensuring that all shipments are prepared for export in compliance with the outlined rules and regulations. If parcels are oversized weight and dimensions must be recorded manually and logged into Lightening., • Ensure that all shipments are labelled and packaged securely for export and delivery, • Bag, tag, and secure all exporting shipments w/courier bags utilizing seals, tamper evident tape, and zip ties, • Upkeep of the warehouse environment ensuring desk areas are clean and organized free of various paperwork, labels, and miscellaneous debris., • Empty warehouse trash receptacles and disposal of excess used courier bags, boxes, and garbage into facility compactor, • Replenishment of workstation supplies for daily use bags, boxes, labels, markers, etc., • High school diploma or GED equivalent, • No experience required, • Baseline knowledge of MS Office, Window OS, and internet usage/research, • Data entry and the ability to manipulate data with precision, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Professional and positive attitude, • Effective time management skills, • Flexibility with shift/schedule, • Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse & office setting $22- $23 per hour.
