We are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to diagnose and repair any issues that arise. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, as well as performing regular maintenance checks and inspections. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent problem-solving skills. That means you must be energetic, motivated, and customer-focused. Our technicians have the ability to make over $100k yearly, • Various shifts available, • Up to $3,000 sign-on bonus depending on experience level, • Referral Bonus, • Ongoing training and support; professional development, • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, • Supplemental insurance options, • 401K with company match, • Short- and Long-Term Disability Plans Available, • Life Insurance Policy Free to Employees, • Paid Holidays, • Paid Time Off & Vacation, • Able to troubleshoot and repair boiler pumps, boiler controllers, and system installation., • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various residential HVAC Systems: Boilers, Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Ductless, Air Purification, and Humidifiers, • Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of heating and cooling systems., • Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential systems, • Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies, • Establish customer rapport and educate customers on products and services., • Discuss and assist in determining repair and replacement options with clients for their heating and cooling needs., • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans., • Be professional and knowledgeable to gain new referrals and repeat business., • Work alongside Customer Service Representatives and dispatch team members., • Perform preventative maintenance to increase the longevity of any HVAC system., • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventilated truck., • Participate in company-provided training opportunities and department meetings., • Assist in training and mentoring apprentices to grow within their field., • Technicians who will provide outstanding five-star customer service, • Technicians will have neat, clean, and quality workmanship., • Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety, • Perform necessary repairs and routine maintenance, • Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources, • 3 years of Residential HVAC experience (EPA & NATE Certification is plus)., • Ability to lift over 50lbs., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Must have a valid Driver’s License, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record., • Must have and maintain hand tools of the trade., • Must be able to multitask and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team., • Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through ability., • Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.
