Job Description Job Summary · Road service technician servicing gas, steam, electric and electronic commercial food service equipment at customer locations. · Servicing any equipment used in the preparation of food in commercial establishments such as ranges, dishwashers, steamers, microwave ovens, fryers, conveyor ovens, coffee makers, and toasters. · Service is performed in any commercial kitchen such as those found in schools, restaurants, colleges, and nursing homes.
