Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Feed Additives Sales Representative, specializing in flavor palatants and antioxidants with a focus in ruminant and/or non-ruminant species to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and provide support to customers. This role combines commercial leadership with deep knowledge of livestock production systems and feed additives that enhance optimization of animal performance and welfare. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share within the non-ruminant and ruminant feed segment, • Manage and expand relationships with key customers, including producers, integrators, and nutrition suppliers. and distributors, • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate feed additives products and solutions, • Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and margin objectives, • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy, • Collaborate with nutritionists, veterinarians, , feed milling and/or premix blending operations to ensure product alignment and customer satisfaction, • Support product launches, trials, and on-farm demonstrations, • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans, • Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Agriculture, or a related field, • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in animal feed additive, health, and/or nutrition sales., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, • Strong technical knowledge of livestock nutrition, production systems, and feed ingredients, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively, • Established network within the swine, beef and/or dairy industry, • Experience with integrated livestock operations, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach, • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives, • Car allowance, • Comprehensive benefits package Lucta is committed to an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace, and is further committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of any protected characteristic including: race, color, genetic information, creed, national origin, religion, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lawful alien status, ancestry, age, marital status, protected veteran status or disability.
