Job Description We are seeking a part time Hotel Front Desk Agent to become a part of our team! Hotel Front Desk experience a plus but not required. Responsibilities: • Guests should be treated promptly, warmly, and professionally., • Provide an exceptional check in and check out experience with accuracy and efficiency., • Answer phone warmly and direct calls to correct department., • Complete daily check list., • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays., • Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints., • Accept, log and distribute packages and mail., • Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments to provide seamless guest experience., • Assist guests with recommendations and information about local dining, attractions and hotel amenities., • PBX Operation, • Ability to build rapport with guests, • Strong organizational skills, • High work ethic and self- initiative, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Warm, friendly and attentive to all guests and staff.
