Position Summary: The eCommerce Associate will be responsible for supporting our growing and managing a portfolio of our products on online marketplaces like eBay, Walmart, Amazon.com, and NewEgg. The primary responsibility will be creating new product listings, keeping up-to-date with the market, pricing and promotions. Responsibilities: • Manage the product catalog including feeds and product listings., • Accurately recognize product variations and create professional product listings, • Optimize listings for products per SEO best practices., • Manage vendor promotions, rebates, • Monitor and maintain account health and metrics, proactively alert team for issues and resolve as appropriate., • Consistently provide support, respond to customer feedback and maintain high customer satisfaction rates., • Monitor and manage other appropriate marketplace environments (e.g. Amazon) as required., • Excellent organizational skills, • Ability to multitask, • 6 months of comparable experience, • Exemplary customer service skills, • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, • High level of professionalism, • Attention to detail, • Strong problem-solving ability, • Superior follow through on inquiries and projects to ensure completion, • Accepts constructive feedback in a mature, professional manner, • Computer and Microsoft Office skills are required Customer Orientation- The ability to demonstrate concern for satisfying one’s external and/or internal customers.
