At Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty, the Inside Sales Agent (ISA) role is not a holding pattern; it’s a direct investment in your future. You will spend your day perfecting the high-leverage skills that define top earners—strategic qualification, elite communication, and mastering the art of the close—all while working with our guaranteed, pre-qualified leads. This role is your fastest, most secure route to sales excellence and predictable, high-level earnings. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly Responsibilities: • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process, • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently, • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads, • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region, • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met, • Warmly greet all prospects via phone/email/message, • Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries, • Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities, • NO COLD CALLING- working with inbound warm leads generated from marketing, • Accurately qualify potential customers for appointments with field agents, • Convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments with OSAs (outside sales agents), • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections, • Comply with reporting requirements and deadlines, • Follow all company policies and procedures in an effort to meet production goals, • Qualifying leads to accurately conveying motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate agents, • Participate in regular training and education requirements, • Support team initiatives and growth, • Be willing to test new ideas and be able to provide constructive feedback, • Maintain a professional dress appearance, • Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures at all times, • Be punctual and dependable regarding attendance, • Maintain a positive attitude, • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car, • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position, • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills, • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license, • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred, • A Texas Real Estate License is required.
