Job DescriptionSPORTIME owns and operates 17 tennis, pickleball, sports, camp and fitness clubs across NYS, including sites across Long Island, in Westchester, Manhattan and the Capital Region. Several of these locations currently feature both dedicated and/or “blended” pickleball courts, and offer court-time, instruction and related programs. SPORTIME is in the active process of creating and scaling its new pickleball division, the purpose of which is to own or lease, and operate, dedicated indoor and outdoor pickleball sites in our current markets and in others nearby. JOB SUMMARY: Help develop and implement pickleball instructional, recreational and competitive programming for our members and guests that maximizes court revenue, minimizes related expenses, and reflects the high standard of excellence that we have established for all SPORTIME services. To team build with and be a resource for the staff of other pickleball instructors in order to better serve our members and guests. To maximize and protect the profitability of all programming. To recruit, interview and hire qualified teaching professionals pickleball programs when needed. Train, coach and educate staff of pickleball instructors on all pickleball instructional and administrative related matters on a daily basis and at weekly meetings when applicable. The salary range for an Associate Partner is $60,000–$150,000 (in California and Washington, the minimum salary is $66,560 and $67,725, respectively), plus you will be eligible for certain bonuses and other incentives based on the performance of agents in your unit, including additional compensation related to the agents you recruit and develop (“R&Ds”). R&Ds are additional compensation that is designed to increase your income and to reimburse for any reasonable and necessary expenses we do not otherwise reimburse.
