Job Description Homestyled is seeking mobile hair stylists that are looking for a flexible schedule and rewarding work. We are currently seeking stylists for the North Scottsdale area. Homestyled Mobile Hair and Nails is dedicated to meeting beauty and grooming needs in the comforts of your home or place of residence. Such as a hotel or assisted living facility. Whether it is physical limitations, emotional needs or scheduling challenges that go along with a busy life, everyone deserves to feel their best - confident and pampered. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE PARTNERSHIP • Flexible schedule, determined by YOU!, • Independent Contractor leaves you in charge of your finances, • Competitive pay, • Supportive team that tackles logistics so you can focus on providing your talents, • Homestyled schedules appointments with our clients based on your availability, • We assess each client as to their in-home needs, • Our mobile technicians drop off any necessary mobile hair wash units, dryers, chairs, shampoos, etc. prior to the scheduled appointment., • Must have reliable transportation, • Valid drivers license, • Current cosmetology license, • Preferred experience working with older adults Background checks are required.

Take home pay with tip for full time avgs $26-$36/hr Responsibilities: • Perform a range of natural nail services in accordance with salon protocols., • Provide expert advice and recommendations of appropriate homecare to clients., • Maintain a clean workspace, adhering to our safety and hygiene standards., • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients., • Assist in inventory management, ensuring that all nail care supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained., • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the spas growth and reputation by providing exceptional service and promoting our natural nail care philosophy.Qualifications:, • 4+ Years working with e-file nail prep., • Valid, active professional license., • Knowledge of and experience with natural nail care techniques., • Knowledge of and experience with gel overlays and gel extensions, • Knowledge of and experience with dry/e-file manicure, • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to listen to and understand client needs., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and team members., • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.What We Offer:, • A friendly and supportive team based environment., • Competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth and development., • Training and continuing education., • A chance to be part of a forward-thinking salon that values employee well-being.Application Process: Interested candidates should include a resume and be ready to show their skills during a practical interview.
