Gallant Business Solutions is recruiting for an experienced Program Manager to support strategic luxury hospitality initiatives across North America and the Caribbean. This is not a traditional project ownership role. Instead, you'll become the operational hub that keeps multiple executive initiatives moving forward—bringing together cross-functional teams, maintaining project visibility, managing risk, and ensuring leadership has the information needed to make confident decisions. Why You'll Love This Opportunity • Work directly with executive leadership on high-visibility strategic initiatives, • Help shape the future of a growing luxury hospitality brand, • Influence projects from acquisition through operational launch, • Introduce best-in-class project management practices across the organization, • Travel to world-class hospitality destinations What You'll Do Enterprise Project Planning • Develop and maintain comprehensive master project plans across multiple initiatives, • Build project schedules, milestones, critical paths, and dependency maps, • Monitor timelines and proactively adjust schedules as priorities evolve, • Ensure project plans remain accurate, actionable, and executive-ready Cross-Functional Project Coordination Partner with teams across: • Operations, • Human Resources, • Finance, • Food & Beverage, • Sales & Marketing, • Information Technology, • Construction, • Procurement, • Design, • Legal, • Consultants, • Third-party vendors You'll ensure every stakeholder understands responsibilities, deadlines, dependencies, and priorities while facilitating collaboration across teams without direct reporting relationships. Executive Reporting • Create weekly executive dashboards and project status reports, • Present milestone progress, project health, key risks, and upcoming decisions, • Translate complex project information into concise executive summaries, • Deliver actionable reporting that supports strategic decision-making Risk & Schedule Management • Monitor critical path activities across concurrent projects, • Identify scheduling conflicts and operational risks before they impact delivery, • Develop mitigation strategies and escalation plans, • Maintain RAID logs, risk registers, action logs, and decision trackers Project Governance • Lead recurring project meetings, • Track action items and accountability, • Maintain governance documentation, • Establish reporting rhythms that balance accountability with collaboration Vendor & Stakeholder Management Coordinate timelines and communication among: • Consultants, • Contractors, • Technology vendors, • Legal counsel, • Construction teams, • Ownership representatives, • External partners What Success Looks Like You'll succeed when: • Cross-functional teams remain aligned and accountable, • Leadership always has accurate project visibility, • Risks are identified before they become problems, • Executive reporting is clear, timely, and actionable, • Complex initiatives stay organized despite changing priorities, • Communication keeps every stakeholder informed and engaged You create clarity where others see complexity.
