The Retail Marketing Intern will support retail marketing initiatives across all of our scoop shop locations. This role will work closely with our Retail teams to execute campaigns, support new shop openings and enhance the in-store guest experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in brand marketing, experiential retail and is a fan of Ice Cream. This role will be based out of our Williamsburg, Brooklyn Office 3 days a week. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Support execution of retail marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions / launches, • Assist with planning and coordination of new shop openings (NSOs), events, and local community activations, • Conduct market research to identify local partnership opportunities and community engagement ideas, • Help maintain marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across shop locations, • Assist with coordinating influencer visits and content capture in retail stores, • Manage contacts and assist with communications to retail complex marketing teams, • Track and report on marketing initiatives and campaign performance, • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Business Suite Applications, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Passion for food, hospitality, and brand storytelling, • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, • Monday - Friday.
