They are accountable for everything that happens in the center and strive to bring the Center to the summit. This role is not confined to an office or laptop; the Center Manager spends over 75% of their time on the floor, actively engaging with staff and customers. They oversee all aspects of their center’s operations, leading by example, ensuring safety protocols, exceptional customer service, efficient facility operations, and business growth. The manager’s main responsibilities are: Customer Service: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise among customers or staff members. Safety: Ensure safety by enforcing all company and regulatory standards, Conduct regular safety inspections of climbing equipment, walls, harnesses, rope courses and other facilities.
