TITLE:Platform Engineer IIwith ACTIVE TS/SCI with CI Poly (US Citizenship REQUIRED) RATE RANGE: $53/hr - $65/hr W2 depends on experience and benefits chosen CLEARANCE: TS/SCI with CI Poly required on day 1. LOCATION: ONSITE in Richardson TX 75080 (no relocation package) DURATION: Contractor or Contract to Hire. GeoLogics is seeking a Platform Engineer II / Linux with experience in Linux Infrastructure Engineering to join an agile product team. The Ideal candidate will have general experience in both traditional infrastructure provisioning of platform resources for existing on-premise infrastructure hardware that ideally also has basic experience in emerging DevOps/DevSecOps & Modernized technologies. The Platform Engineer II would be engaged in the daily implementation of the system updates and upgrades with Focus on the Linux Server / Linux OS. The Platform Engineer II / Linux would be involved with implementation of traditional computing/network/storage systems and related software updates as well as maintaining operating systems and existing server hardware designs and supporting the design and development of new modernized system designs as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES You will leverage company and industry with the best practices and capabilities to develop and communicate implementation of infrastructure solutions You will maintain existing systems through Linux Based Tools and manage the COTS stack on the system to support program needs You will assist with integration of the selected platform provisioning tool such as VMWare You will ensure that the COTS stack and versioning and will work with the team to make updates as necessary You will travel to customer sites to assist with system updates and deliveries when necessary REQUIREMENTS Typically requires BS/BA Degree in Science Technology Engineering Math (STEM) in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology or Physics and 3 years of related work experience Experience with Agile Development Methodologies (E.g. scrum SAFe) Experience with VMware Experience with programming languages (E.g. Python Java Ruby Bash C C# Go) Current TS/SCI CI Poly issued security clearance is required on day 1. Job Title: Supply Chain - Procurement Sr Manager Location: Richardson TX 75082 Duration: 03 Months Shift Timing: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Pay Rate: $60.00 - $64.00/Hour on W2 Roles and Responsibilities: The Strategic Sourcing Category lead will be responsible for sourcing activities within the Digital and Technology category which entails developing sourcing strategies establishing and prioritizing sourcing initiatives for the team to achieve objectives. This Contractor position will report to the Sr. Director Strategic Sourcing - Digital and Technology and will work closely with IT Legal Finance and other key support departments. Manage end-to-end sourcing for major Digital & Technology Categories (Enterprise Applications Business Applications Cloud and Application support) for Corporate. Identify and deliver cost savings and commercial value through sourcing strategies demand management and contract optimization. Negotiates contracts and serves as the principal commercial and business terms intermediary between suppliers procurement legal security and risk management departments. Negotiate Technology Enterprise Applications Agreement (ex Microsoft Oracle Box Adobe Smartsheet) and Business applications (Salesforce and other Real Estate Industry Specific software contracts) on a global scale. Knowledge of Cloud technologies and operations is a plus. Manages supplier relationships negotiates at a senior level and serves as the lead in mediation/problem resolution. Analyzes spend data to identify cost reduction opportunities creates documents and continuously updates/maintains market and product knowledge. Coordinate with the global sourcing team and peers to aggregate data and develop strategies at local and global level. Operates autonomously with little supervision to achieve strategic objectives assigned. Other duties as assigned Minimum Education Requirements: BA/BS degree in business administration finance or law. MBA desired. Certificates and /or Licenses: C.P.M. C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred. Minimum Experience Requirements: 6 years of experience in category management and senior-level influencing. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This is currently an individual contributor role. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university. MBA or advanced degree desired. Minimum of 8 years of deep sourcing experience in diverse industries with 6 years of comprehensive sourcing experience in technology products. Aptitude in working with international colleagues and suppliers to coordinate and execute global strategies within a dynamic team environment.
