This is a vital support position at our food hall destinations. The position is responsible for assisting bartenders and ensuring the smooth operation of the shift. The primary role is to provide support and help maintain the bar's functionality and cleanliness. Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays, • Able to read and follow recipes for juices and batch cocktails, • Interact with guests professionally and in a friendly manner., • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work., • Wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes)., • Maintain a clean and well-organized bar., • Stock liquor, beer, ice, wine, and glassware throughout the shift, • Proper labeling, dating, covering, and refrigerating prepped items in the bar., • Perform opening, closing, and side work duties, • Rotate product to maintain freshness. Preparing fruits and other garnishes, • Assists the bartender in greeting guests and welcomes them upon arrival, • Consistently uses all bar equipment, cleaning, and sanitizing products following State Health Department Standards., • Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly., • Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
