Required Experience/Skills • Five or more years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in a corporate, technology, or similarly complex environment., • Experience supporting senior executives or other members of organizational leadership., • Experience with contract administration, vendor management, procurement, or related business processes., • Understanding of vendor compliance and due diligence practices., • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace collaboration tools., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, colleagues, vendors, and external partners., • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously., • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities., • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and independently drive follow-up., • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies, software applications, and business processes, including emerging AI tools., • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams across the organization., • Adaptable, receptive to feedback, and comfortable taking direction when needed., • High level of discretion, sound judgment, professionalism, and follow-through. Preferred Experience/Skills • Prior experience supporting technology or IT leadership teams., • Familiarity with vendor security and compliance documentation, such as security assessment reports, insurance certificates, and questionnaires., • Experience coordinating technology projects or enterprise initiatives., • Strong understanding of organizational workflows and cross-departmental collaboration., • Experience managing confidential information and sensitive communications.
