Server Responsibilities: • Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude., • Enter orders into POS (point of sale) for transmission to kitchen staff., • Engage with customers in a friendly manner., • Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions., • Ensure all orders are packed correctly with all necessary items (food, utensils, etc), • Collect payments., • Maintain proper personal hygiene, • Maintain a clean and organized work environment., • Provide outstanding customer service.
