Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area. * Gather, wash, dry, and fold linens as needed * Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and locker room amenities * Empty and remove trash as needed * Keep equipment, closets and dispensaries clean and organized * Provide exceptional service to all clients at all times through customer-centric behavior * Spot clean locker rooms, including shower, sink, and lavatory areas frequently throughout each day in compliance with OSHA standards and club protocols * Issue spa lockers, robes and slippers to guests and then escort guests to their lockers. * Provide orientation tours, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guests’ questions. * Stock locker room supplies and amenities and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets. * Ensures adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low. * Address locks left on or items left in lockers outside of locker policy to ensure proper locker availability. * Review guest appointments/schedules as needed. * Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation; operate the phone system accurately and efficiently. * Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. * Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests; develop professional and personalized relationships with regular guests. * Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters in accordance with company policy; * Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously. * Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. * Be on time for shifts and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record. * Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed. * Develop ability to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time. * Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment. * Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa. * Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management. * Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention. Skills, Abilities and Experience: * Minimum of 2 years experience * Hospitality experience in hotel is a plus * Excellent interpersonal relationship with positive attitude and ability to work cohesively as part of a team. * Ability to lift up to 50lbs. * Physically capable of achieving cleaning tasks that may involve crouching, scrubbing, bending, climbing step stools, lifting and carrying trash etc. * Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment. JOB DESCRIPTION Bathhouse is seeking an attentive, organized, and hands-on Therapies Attendant to join our team. This role serves as an important link between practitioners (Massage Therapists & Scrub Technicians) and guests, ensuring therapy rooms are clean, welcoming, and fully stocked. The Therapies Attendant is responsible for maintaining linens, oils, and lotions, turning rooms over efficiently between services, and helping uphold Bathhouse's standards of care and presentation. RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare therapy rooms before each service to ensure a clean, calm, and welcoming environment., • Turn rooms over efficiently between clients, including sanitizing high-touch areas and replacing linens., • Stock and organize oils, lotions, tools, and other supplies as needed throughout the day., • Greet guests warmly and help direct them to the appropriate therapist or waiting area when needed, • Help communicate timing updates between practitioners, guests, and the front desk., • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies., • Assist with laundry drop-off and pickup for therapy rooms as needed., • Report maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly., • Support opening and closing duties for therapy areas., • High school diploma or equivalent required., • Prior experience in customer service; experience in hospitality, wellness, spa, or luxury environments strongly preferred., • Comfortable performing cleaning duties in guest-facing spaces., • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed., • Reliable, punctual, and professional; consistent attendance is an essential function of the role., • Hourly rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hour, • Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance available for full-time employees., • Complimentary unlimited admission to Bathhouse., • Three "Plus One" guest passes per month., • 50% discount on services, retail products, and restaurant offerings.
