JOB SUMMARY The Spa Manager plays a vital role in supporting Spa Leadership by overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience. This hands-on role involves managing opening and closing procedures, cash handling, facility upkeep, and team leadership, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Responsible for achieving financial targets through payroll, inventory, and cost control, the Spa Manager also maintains high service standards, addresses guest feedback, and fosters a collaborative team environment. This role serves as an important link between practitioners (Massage Therapists & Scrub Technicians) and guests, ensuring therapy rooms are clean, welcoming, and fully stocked. The Therapies Attendant is responsible for maintaining linens, oils, and lotions, turning rooms over efficiently between services, and helping uphold Bathhouse's standards of care and presentation.
