Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked at a State Farm agency, which gave me valuable experience and insight into what it takes to build and run a successful office. Im a graduate of Saint Michael's College, married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy golfing, watching sports, spending time at the beach, and being with friends and family. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members., • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications., • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records., • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options., • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs., • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.QUALIFICATIONS:, • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role., • Communication and interpersonal skills., • Organizational and multitasking abilities., • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations., • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
