More reasons you’ll love working here include: • Paid Time Off (PTO) after just 30 days, • Additional parental and maternity leave benefits after 12 months, • Adoption reimbursement program, • Paid volunteer hours, • Paid training and career development, • Medical, dental, vision and life insurance, • 401k with employer match, • Mortgage discount and area business discounts, • Free membership to our large, state-of-the-art fitness center, including exercise classes such as yoga and Zumba, various sports leagues and a full-size basketball court, • Wellness area, including an in-house primary-care physician’s office, full-time massage therapist and hair salon, • Gourmet cafeteria featuring homemade breakfast and lunch, • Convenience store featuring healthy grab-and-go snacks, • In-house Starbucks and Dunkin, • Indoor/outdoor café with Wi-Fi Responsibilities • Proactively contact borrowers in late-stage delinquency to review account status and recommend appropriate resolution strategies., • Explain UWM’s available workout and loss mitigation options, including repayment plans, loan modifications, forbearance, short sales, and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure., • Document all communications and borrower activities thoroughly and accurately in servicing systems (e.g., MSP)., • Collaborate across internal teams including Foreclosure, Loss Mitigation, Legal, and Compliance to ensure timely and effective handling of defaulted accounts., • Follow regulatory guidelines from CFPB, RESPA, FDCPA, and investor requirements (e.g., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA)., • Prepare accounts for foreclosure referral or suspension based on borrower responsiveness and eligibility., • Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience with empathy and professionalism during difficult conversations., • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics while upholding UWM’s culture of excellence. Qualifications Must Have Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (GED), • 2 years of experience in mortgage servicing, default collections, or loss mitigation, • Strong knowledge of MSP, foreclosure processes and late-stage delinquency regulations, • High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive, time-critical accounts, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, compliance-focused environment, • Strong computer skills; comfort with Microsoft Office and mortgage servicing platforms (e.g., MSP) Nice To Have Qualifications: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field, • Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, or VA loss mitigation guidelines, • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish), • Familiarity with UWM systems and servicing workflows
