The NYISO's Information Technology department invites applications for a full-time Cyber Security Operations Center Analyst The NYISO Cybersecurity Operation Center's (CSOC) mission is to provide a central point for 24x7x365 continuous security monitoring of NYISO's computing environments and for responding to cyber threats, vulnerabilities and incidents that can disrupt and/or compromise the mission and operation of the NYISO. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • As an active member of the team, provide around the clock monitoring, analysis, and response to cyber security events., • Stay ahead of and remain knowledgeable about new threats. Analyze all sourced cyber- intelligence of attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) across a large heterogeneous network of security devices and end-user systems., • Participate in threat modeling collaboration with other members of the IT security team., • Use automation to orchestrate solutions (SOAR) that automate repetitive tasks, and mature monitoring and response capabilities., • Assist with incident response activities, including triage, remediation and documentation., • Provide aid in threat and vulnerability research by assessing event data collected by systems both inside and outside of the CSOC., • Investigate and document events to aid incident responders, managers and other CSOC team members on security issues and the emergence of new threats., • Work alongside other security team members to hunt for and identify possible indication of compromise to the organization computing environments., • Recognize potential, successful, and unsuccessful intrusion attempts and compromises thorough reviews and analyses of relevant event information. Escalate intrusions and compromises to NYISO's network infrastructure, applications, and operating systems to the CSIRT as needed., • Execute defined standard operating procedures, event and job aides required for successful task completion., • Analyze and mitigate or remediate software and hardware vulnerabilities., • Integrate and share information with other analysts and other teams., • Recommend changes to Standard Operating Procedures and other similar documentation., • Generate end-of-shift reports for documentation and knowledge transfer to subsequent analysts on shift., • Maintain records of security monitoring and incident response activities, utilizing case management and ticketing technologies., • Other duties as assigned., • Provide threat and vulnerability analysis reporting as well as security advisory services. The Senior Manager: collaborates with Design Managers, Product Managers and multiple Business areas on market vision, product vision, and technology upgrades to develop product roadmaps; owns the generation of annual business plan commitments. Responsible for market design, product development, project prioritization, resource allocation, stakeholder alignment, and risk management for multiple market project portfolios. KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities): The following job functions are considered essential for this position: • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse teen programs across both locations, • Ensure accurate and prompt record keeping and data collection including program attendance, CACFP meal service, grant reports, and member tracking systems, • Provide comprehensive program reports as needed to Regional Teen Director and other stakeholders, • Maintain positive relationships and provide support to volunteers and community partners serving in our clubhouses, • Assist in planning and attendance of member recruitment events, open houses, and program registration drives, • Ensure BGC programs are being executed as intended and meet quality standards, • Contribute to the development of new programs and events to meet the evolving needs and interests of teens in our community, • Communicate effectively with staff, members, parents, colleagues, volunteers, and community partners, • Serve as the leader for Friday Teen Night events including planning, shopping, setup, and execution, • Ensure the safety of members by following BGC, BGCCA, and all health and safety guidelines while monitoring staff and volunteers for compliance, • Provide program information, pictures, and member stories for newsletters and marketing materials, • Develop and monitor compliance of operating procedures in accordance with BGCCA standards for Teen Youth Development Professionals (T-YDPs), • Provide leadership and respond appropriately to all emergencies and incidents, • Participate in assigned committees and complete all assigned trainings This position supervises Teen Youth Development Professional team members. Responsibilities include: • Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising T-YDPs, • Conducting employee performance evaluations, disciplinary notices, and performance improvement plans in accordance with BGCCA policy and procedure, • Managing and ensuring accuracy of employee timekeeping including monitoring overtime, managing punches, staying within scheduled time, and approving timecards at the end of each payroll period Fast-paced youth development environment serving teenagers ages 13-18. Work involves both indoor and outdoor settings, interaction with diverse populations, and coordination between multiple program sites. Environment requires flexibility, strong leadership presence, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Travel required: Regular local travel required between Albany and Troy Clubhouse locations. Occasional travel for training, conferences, or community events as needed. RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: Maintain close, daily contact with Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club members, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions, instruct, and advise/counsel External: Maintain contact with external community groups, schools, members' parents and others to assist in resolving problems and building community partnerships Requirements: CREDENTIALS, SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Education and Experience: • Associate's Degree in youth development, education, social work, or related field required, • Minimum 2 years experience as an educator, counselor, caseworker, employment interviewer, or similar title in a community action, social service, education, or similar agency dealing with employment, education, or training, • Must have experience working with at-risk, underserved populations, • Experience with group facilitation preferred, • Valid driver's license required, • Must complete all required BGCCA and BGCA training within first 90 days, • Excellent written and oral communication skills, • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities, • Knowledge of continuing education options, including high school, trade, and college programs, • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including periodic evenings and weekends, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately, • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, • Proficient with Google Office Suite or related software, • Experience with scheduling software preferred, • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills This position may require: • Standing/walking for up to 8 hours per day, • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, • Extended periods of engaging in physical activities with teenagers, • Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations, • Regular verbal communication with teens, staff, and parents, • Visual acuity to monitor teen activities and safety The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to recruiting and hiring a diverse workforce. Job Description TITLE: Cash Management & Payment Systems Officer LOCATION: Headquarters REPORTS TO: Vice President – Bank Operations CLASSIFICATION: Full Time, Exempt PAY GRADE: EX 60 ($67,500 - $106,100 annually) AVAILABILITY: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Position Summary: The Cash Management and Payment Systems Officer is responsible for oversight of all daily functions/tasks related to the development, implementation, and delivery of Pioneer’s Cash Management products, including but not limited to ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, and Positive Pay to our business and municipal customers. Essential Job Functions: • Leads the Cash Management team ensuring the required assigned work is completed each day through assignment of tasks, setting deadlines and monitoring progress., • Develops and consistently executes coaching strategy with the team in conjunction with the VP—Bank Operations. Mentors, empowers, and develops all members of the management team., • Responsible for the development and delivery of payment channels including the functions and features of various payment methods to provide superior service and convenience to our customers., • Oversees the onboarding process for all new Business and Municipal Cash Management Clients. Monitor, evaluate and control customer change requests for limits on ACH Origination and RDC transactions and submit them for approval., • Ensures tasks related to municipal accounts are completed on a daily basis., • Collaborates with Risk Management (BSA and Compliance) in matters as they relate to payment system transactions, including reviewing and evaluating all ACH Origination and RDC onboarding packages, to ensure they contain properly completed Applications & Agreements, Customer Risk Assessments, RDC Site Evaluations, and RDC Self Assessments for completeness and submit to BSA/Risk department prior to new ACH/RDC setup., • Facilitates, records and disseminates periodic customer reviews, including but not limited to Payment System review. Evaluates completed periodic reviews for compliance with current ACH/RDC policies and best practices., • Participates in joint calls with Business Partners from Commercial Services, Retail branches, Business Banking, and Government Banking., • Effective in needs assessment and knowledge of Pioneer’s products, services, and processes to collaborate with other lines of business for recommendations to clients., • Prepares various Cash Management reports throughout the calendar year that are presented to the Board of Directors, Executive Team and other lines of business, including but not limited to Annual ACH and Remote Deposit Capture Review and Risk Assessments, and Quarterly Service Charge Reviews., • Oversees and coordinates payment services initiatives. Assists in establishing standards, identifying and implementing effective services policies, practices, and procedures across all cash management and payment channels. Works with Deposit Operations Officer and/or VP-Bank Operations to develop, maintain, update, coordinate and manage all procedures and policies regarding adherence to various Banking Regulations as they relate to payment systems., • Maintains a focus on the emerging developments, regulatory changes and enhancements in the cash management and payments industry and make recommendations that will allow Pioneer to provide modern, competitive products and services., • Provides assistance to the branches and internal departments with matters relating to questions on customer accounts, bank systems, applications, policies, processes and procedures.
