Shift Supervisor (ALL NYC Locations) What is the Role? Position Summary: Lead the front of house staff to successfully uphold the core values of Magnolia Bakery's Mission Statement. Consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality and customer service standards. • Work directly with the manager on duty to support, direct and motivate staff., • Maintain open lines of communication with management and staff in order to contribute to the smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the bakery., • Assist management with scheduling of breaks and meal periods; supports management with the adherence to policies, procedures and job assignments., • Train staff on Company process, policies, procedures and job assignments., • Perform regular daily store activities such as opening and closing procedures., • Perform good customer service by assisting customers in person or on the phone.
