Job Description Community Missions, on the U.S. Side of Niagara, has various Residential Aide positions throughout the agency; in both youth and adult services. This role provides essential support and care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being. The positions are responsible for delivering trauma informed and person-centered restorative services to the residents as well as documenting resident functioning. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and enjoys working in a supportive team environment.
